Burrows Paper Group is an industry leader in the production of high-quality, light weight specialty papers. We are one of only a few companies worldwide capable of producing a very light weight 7.5 lb. printable tissue and can produce papers up to 40 lb. basis weight. All grades are made to a specific order and precise customer specifications. Burrows does not maintain a stock inventory of commodity products, but instead produces customized grades for each customer or specialized end use. The majority of our paper is supplied in large rolls directly to industrial end users or converters who use it to manufacture the final product.

We pride ourselves on our quick response to customer needs, our ongoing commitment to product development, and our capacity to run small orders. Continually investing in our mills improves our processes and increases our efficiencies in the production of our many paper grades. Burrows papers are used in a variety of special industrial, decorative, and flexible packaging applications.

Burrows Paper Group operates five paper machines in four mills; four in New York and the fifth in Mississippi, offering a wide variety of capabilities and flexibility. These mills produce 60,000 MT of specialty paper for use by major corporations. Over the years, the product line has expanded dramatically. Technological advancements, capital investments, and computer enhancements have increased machine efficiencies and speeds, and improved product quality. Our in-house Laboratory and Technical staffs work with each mill's superintendents in the process of innovative product development trials to satisfy customer requirements for custom-made specialty papers.

We produce papers in MG, MF, and creped finishes; in bleached, natural, and a variety of colors. In addition, Burrows offers specialty papers with enhanced properties such as high wet strength, flame retardant, grease resistance, high opacity, translucency, water resistance, and various other special size press applications. We offer the flexibility to produce many grades on several paper machines. Burrows can service your requirements regardless of whether it is multiple truckloads or orders of less than 10,000 pounds. We are a global supplier with customers in China, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Mexico, Canada, and throughout Europe.
